Face Up provides conversational simulations designed for training and skills development. We operate within a strict GDPR and AI Act compliance framework. Your data is hosted in Europe, encrypted, and is never used to train our AI models. To support learning, the service may include analysis and video recording features so a trainer can run a debrief. These are automatically deleted after 30 days unless configured otherwise.
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Face Up solution. They apply generally to all users. For our corporate clients, these terms are supplemented by specific contractual agreements which take precedence.
The solution offers AI-powered role-play situations (voice, video, text) and analysis tools.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials. Face Up implements rigorous security measures, including encryption of data at rest and in transit to protect exchanges.
Face Up remains the exclusive owner of the solution, its algorithms and the content made available. Users have a personal, non-transferable right of use within the scope of their training activities.
The provider is bound by an obligation of means. Analyses generated by AI are provided for educational purposes to support learning and do not constitute automated decisions producing legal effects or affecting the learner's professional situation. Except in cases of gross negligence, Face Up's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
We reserve the right to update these terms to reflect the evolution of our technologies and the law. These terms are governed by French law, and any dispute shall be brought before the courts of Lille.
