As soon as the session ends, the learner gets their debrief: strengths, areas to improve, action plan, analysis of verbal and non-verbal communication. The trainer gets the time-stamped replay and tracking for the whole cohort.

Self-assessment first: the learner analyses their own performance before reading the debrief, a habit that makes learning stick.
For educational use only: every debrief says so, and it cannot be used as a basis for decisions about a person’s job, pay or career.

The time-stamped replay takes you straight to the key moments: highlights and passages to rework.
The trainer will be able to watch a simulation as it is played and adjust their support.
The group debrief draws on what was actually said, not on notes taken on the fly.
Indicators are calculated the same way in every session: two equivalent performances give equivalent results.
The assessment follows the criteria defined by your trainer, in their method.
Every point in the debrief links to a time-stamped moment in the session.
Our debriefs are compared double-blind with those of experienced trainers; every gap is used to improve the system.

Objectives met, partially met or not met, scenario by scenario.
Learners with fragile results rise to the top.
Via LTI 1.3: score, duration, listening ratio, speech rate, verbal tics, debrief and action plan.

Play a simulation, then discover the debrief your learners will receive.

Hi! Shall we practise?
